Little we know about this cruel world. Exceptions arise in every corner. Few are armed to battle while many are to be killed brutal. A battle is necessary to end the traumas. Against what? Some kind of a Monster?

in apprasial time managers would not like to give hike so they would term co-workers as down.
by saying you have no visbility
or no communication thease are more frequently used apprasial words. beware floks!
