Extra pay: Are the Managers cheating their employees?

Do the workers seriously need extra wages and the lucrative incentives? We all know that, there is no free food available in this world. So this boils down to a fundamental question: Why the managers are really paying to employees? Employee Welfare? Bull shit! Are we not talking about profits here for the management? The management looses little to gain heavily. By loosing some extra rupees, they gain the confidence, loyalty, trust of their employees. Also, the employees may be forced to work for a little more time. The poor chaps don't even identify the trap they were put in. In the smart world of management, the managers boast it is the Win Win situation. Very true, the question to be asked is:Who is Winning?

To be or not to be

Sometimes people feel that u are incapable or inefficient if u remain silent. "Silence is golden"--that's what we think while others may take that as our weakness. It's good to follow Gandhi but it also tells people that u are a timid, though that's not the truth. How should one react to such circumstances? I am talking abt such cases, where ur own friend may desert u thinking that u are not capable. It is good to ignore such friends. But will it lead to ignoring everybody? Very few want to live in isolation. Afterall, no one wants to be a solitary weeper.

Help your friend, when he is angry!

Every one likes to lead a life that is filled with love, peace and harmony. But some times people react strangely with others, making others wondering what happened to this chap?Well, what happened to this chap?. Every thing has a reason. This guy might have had some bitter happennings. People should cooperate with guys. If you shoulder him in such testing moments, you win the love of these guys. Afterall, the thing which has happened to him, might happen to you tomorrow.

Almighty

Am I going to discuss about Jim Carrey's role in Bruce, the Almighty? Nopes. Well, it's opportune to post my views abt the Almighty which many believe to rule the man kind. Am I one among that group? Well, if you ask me, I really don't know what I would say. Sometimes I may agree and sometimes I may not. To be honest, I really don't know where I stand! If Almighty exists, then why humanity is put to such pains and trauma. Are we some dolls to be played by a mad kid called Almighty, who has completely lost its senses. That means almighy is definitely not a good factor alone. Similarly, I can argue that Almighty isn't a bad factor. This means the so called Almighty, is a mere spectator of the events. Almighty is all powerful but still powerless-it's interpretaion should be taken as an oxymoron to it's dictionary meaning.

Off the beaten path

To be on the safer side, I will............. This is how most of us think. No body wants to risk his money in a project. Bill Gates did and so he is in such a stature. Most of us know it. What is that, which motivated Bill Gates is not among us. If you ask me I would say is as the attitude. He took the risk because he had the guts. He wanted to be different and that is why he is.If you want to attain glory, take a different path and work towards to it. No point battling with many guys. That's not the way because you loose most of your time by fighting and not on innovation. Those who thought differntly created theories for the rest to follow. Newton discovered "Gravity" and Einstein discoverd "Theory of Relativity". Let us take a different path to create a new sight for the rest to follow.

Well Planned Life

Many things we plan in life. Do they really happen the way we planned? I have seen people who have planned for things, well in advance, say 6 months. Plan to PERFECTION!

Somehow I feel these people are not risk taking. They are happy to lead a well planned life. They simply buckle to situations when it demands. I am not saying everybody is like this, but most of them are like this.

Life is beautiful. Lets enjoy things, as they come. why to spoil the things by specualting and planning? I am not preaching this as a theory to be followed by all in some cirecumstances. Planning is very essential in most cases but not in all cases!
